writing here to slow down a potential binge

still tubby. i hate putting on muscle. i hate working out because it makes me hungry. i still only eat about 1000 cals every workout day, but god it still feels disgusting. i'm eating doritos very slowly right now because my body wanted salt so badly. i'm going to do 200 situps when i'm done for pennance. ew ew ew.
