the insides (85%) of a HUGE burrito
a bunch of candied nuts
10oz shake
boiled collard and green bean with tomatoes on tortilla w/ veggie cheese
i large blueberry muffin
on the upside, i ran for over an hour today and biked alot, as well as working abs and arms today at the gym. phew. i just have to do it again tomorrow and i'll have made it a full week. hopefully i burnedmore calories than i ate today. i'm for bed now.
