later today (ugh it's late) i will get up and go to yoga. then i will do my weight circuit. run a full interval course on the treadmill. do two stomach sets. stretching torture too. then sauna for a full 30min. i ate way too much today/yesterday. i didn't drink near enough water today/yesterday. so when i wake up, i have to suffer for it.
