tomorrow for as long as i can stand it....
all liquids, or under 500 cal/day until friday (whichever is less)
i made a pact... this will help. we will stay accountable.
booze doesn't count as calories in this diet, as long as we're active.
i have loads of energy drinks and coffee drinks.
i have to look super thin tomorrow, so no food all day. then some kind of smoothie beverage with a little protein so i don't faint mid-scene. and then boozing... but no food.
i have lots of work today but i've done much more work on much less food. it will be hard, but i need this. i have to prove to myself that i can do this.
and now... woohoo for new thinspo!!
