i am so tired. and i've been napping all damn day. here's the damage. of course i broke down. because i planned not to.
1st:
free food in the order of fruit slice, 4 different cheeses, mini baguette slices, 2 mini quiches, you get the idea
2nd: large salad, vineagrette
birthday chocolate (ew)
3rd: salad wrap with lite cheese
4th: one huge tomato with salt and a glass of OJ
fuckin' ew man.
the gym is open tomorrow. i plan to wake up, down most of a sparks, and maybe eat a fruit cup with it, and then off i go to the gym. for as long as i can stand it.
oh so gross. i can't imagine what horrors the scale has to show me. i'm not gonna bother until saturday.

Augh, I know. This is the longest I've ever gone without weighing myself (3 days). I've binged quite a bit this week and I'm terrified to look.
