.25 C nonfat yogurt

10 pita chips
not as bad as it feels, i'm sure, and my guts were plenty wibbly today.
i bought more cleanser pills and i'm trying so fucking hard and nothing is changing. tomorrow will be for less. it's always for less. i just need to be more motivated... and i don't know how.
