i've been skipping breakfast every day for a doubleshot light instead and curbing appetite with the hummingbird diet. i'm starting to really see my chest ribs and collarbone again. my hipbones are getting better, but my abs are still all puffy from working too hard. i have little to do tomorrow, so i think i'll do my best to starve appropriately. then saturday is for sitting in a van and then sitting and then sitting in a van some more, so i don't have to eat ANYTHING!!! i will be thin. i will look like fucking dancer. a short 5'5" dancer. grr.
coffee and negative calories. i'm doing so well. my weight is just not changing and that really blows. 118 by Feb 22. that is my new goal. that is three pounds away. i can do that. easy. i just have to be stronger. i need to stay away from food and home and the money for food and i'll be fine. i don't have to eat if i'm full of water. i'm making the hummingbird diet calorie free starting tomorrow. no more sugar water, now it's time for the splenda test.
