goodbye one teens.... :(


Breakfast: 1 apple, 1 tbsp peanut butter
walked to gym
ran for 65 minutes (753 Cal)
Lunch/next meal: 1 large boba tea slushy, 1 bowl green beans
walked home. carried groceries
Dinner: 2 cups spring greens w/ mustard and oil dressing
indian veggie pockets (3/half serving) with 1/4 fat free cottage cheese
Dessert: one mint chocolate

that's too much. i suck. i will be fat forever.
