i guess that isn't so terrible considering last night's failures.
today's plan:
1 lowfat yogurt (150 cal)
Run 10 miles (3 on foot, 7 on machine)
Abs and triceps
Run last little grocery errands
latte, nonfat
3 veggie pocket thingies with nonfat yogurt (plain)
Go for a jog
Practice
Salad with vinegar
