mcFatagain

i did better today. less food, more exercise. still too much. i am a huge lump. as long as the day's keep improving like this one though, there might be hope for me yet. school is to stressful that i can't eat a lot of the time now...

Hey, just so you know, if you don't eat a certain amount, your body goes into starvation mode and actually stores more fat and refuses to let it go. So, instead of deriving energy from your fat supplies, the body will begin to catabolise your muscle, breaking it down and 'eating' it. This results in the 'skinny fat' look, where yeah people look thin but they're all squishy and saggy... try and eat 12x your bodyweight in calories, still a weight loss phase but hopefully enough to not sacrifice your hard earnt gains in the gym!
