Hey, just so you know, whenever you're hungry you can eat foods that actually have a negative calorie effect, that is, it expends more energy to digest them than you actually consume from them. This way you get your nutrients without having to feel too guilty. Some examples are celery, apples, tomatoes, onion, spinach etc.

Also, I really do think you're being too hard on yourself :). Exercise really sounds like a chore for you. I found what really boosts my confidence in myself is to lift weights- don't worry, it is physically impossible for a woman to get bulky without steroids, we just don't have the Human growth hormone levels required to become 'huge'. Maybe swap one of your cardio sessions for a weight lifting session? don't forget, the more muscle you have, the more KJ's you burn at rest!
