slow today

breakfast:

1 plum 77 cal so far

after my cigarette and this blog, i'm off to the gym. it closes in 2 hours so, i'll likely get to run for my hour, but not much else. i have tons of practice to do and futzing around with a performance to deal with. i get to take the really long walk to pick perscriptions today. i love that walk. it burns so many calories.
