that was nice. i didn't even get time to quell them until much later when i ate negative calories for dinner.
so... accountability.

1C granola
1 vegan oat cookie
3/4 muffin
2C miso w/ noodles
1C thin school soup
1C cucumber
1/2C red quinoa
1/2C celery salad
all good right?
then the drunken fuck ups.
1 Twix
2 mini yorks
1/2 grilled cheese (fake butter, whole wheat toast) the rest was failure. but i only consumed 4 thin slices of avocado and maybe 2oz of cheese.
oh yeah. and booze.
