i drank a lot today. i ate substantially less than yesterday. i drank 3L of water today. i was out in the sun. i need to go to sleep pretty badly. i'll look at the scale again on sunday morning. it might just be encouraging.
i got the real scare about how much weight i'd put on today too. grr. i tried on jeans and i muffin topped over a couple of size 28s and the 27s were just out of the question. maybe they just need to be broken in as i continue to starve, but dammit. i used make a 26 look baggy. how do i fix this?!
