over 1000, but under 1500




my weight held again today. 122.8. i doubt it will tomorrow. today was bad.
i worked out really hard though, so we'll see.

today:
1 banana
1/2 personal (5") vegan pizza (no cheese, just olive tapenade with grilled peppers and basil)
1/8 C quinoa
10 slices cucumber
9 olives
2 poptarts Total: 775 determined by fitday.com

3 salad rolls with tofu (not much)
1/8 of one standard smallish slice of veggie pizza (yes, there was cheese)

rode bike to and from school. dance for 1.4 hours. ran for 65 min. abs and pushups for 20. stretched for 10 (thought i would faint).

5L of water. (four if i don't finish the one i've just started.
